  Our party of three walked into an empty restaurant and waited to be seated but it became evident no one was coming, as one of the staff sat at a table playing on his phone, ignoring us; and who clearly couldn't be bothered to stick his head into the kitchen to let the dining room staff know that customers were waiting.
  
  Nearly 10 minutes before someone came out of the kitchen to drop menus on the table and leave again, without so much as a grunt, a 'hi', or taking a drink order.
  
  Another 10 or so minutes before anyone came out of the kitchen to take our order, but his cell phone rang as he finally started to take our order, so we waited patiently while he walked away from our table to have his conversation.
  
  Close to 20 minutes for the delivery of four burned - not dark - burnt mini egg rolls they were trying to pass off as spring rolls for $7.95 and a $16.95 shrimp dish overflowing with vermicelli with a small dollop of about a half dozen tiny shrimp in the centre.
  
  The dining room doesn't appear to have ever been renovated or decorated, beyond a few curls of ribbon taped to a few of the light fixtures. The table cards are sticky and written in English and Chinese.
  
  This place offers nothing more than Canadianized Chinese food, masquerading as Vietnamese, with Canadianized Chinese food masquerading as Thai, thrown in for good measure. Apathetic, fraudulent and rude service all around. Save your hard-earned money and find a place that cares - because this one does not. If you are looking for an authentic Vietnamese restaurant or a friendly face, this is not it.

  Whenever I'm in the mood for a good reliable Asian meal, this is where I go. Their food is tasty and affordable. Service is always friendly and fast.

  Charming little restaurant. Offers your standard Vietnamese fare in a small Southern Albertan town. Not going to compare to Viet restaurants from other larger North Americans metros, but this one does hit the spot. Graded on a curve, this is a solid 4.
  
  Ordered the bún with fried tofu skin wrapped shrimp paste, grilled pork and grilled shrimp. The proteins were all tasty and the portion size was more than generous.
  
  This is not a Chinese restaurant or an Asian fusion place. It has a solidly Vietnamese menu. They do have, presumably Cantonese style, roast duck on the menu. Perhaps the only spot in town serving this? I'm sure this little note will make someone looking for roast duck in Lethbridge in the future very happy.

  Good service, good pho, Generous portions and they got my order perfectly right! I will definitely be back :)
